ICES has partnered with GSI (Group Services LLC) to allow attendees to book airport transportation between San Juan International Airport (SJU) and the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach & Golf Resort. GSI recommends that guests book 2 weeks in advance of service.
The option to book with a minimum of 1 passenger per booking is only available on the main arrival and departure dates. Any other date will be subject to a minimum of 2 passengers per booking.
- July 11 & July 12, 2026 (Arrival)
- July 17 & July 18, 2026 (Departure)
If you need assistance booking transportation outside these dates, please reach out to a GSI customer service agent for options. They can be reached daily from 8:00AM-5:00PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST), via phone at 787-657-1510, 787-354-7350 or email to wgrmtourdesk@gsipuertorico.com.
Other local transportation options, such as Taxi service or Uber are available and can be arranged independently but are not as readily available due to the resort location. ICES highly recommends making transportation arrangements with GSI in advance for RETURNS from Wyndham to SJU Airport.
