- Group rate is available 3 days before and after the conference, based upon availability
- Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of Friday 12 June 2026
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
- A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, as well as no-shows or early departures, will result in forfeiture of the deposit (equivalent to one night’s room and tax).
