Accepting Poster Abstracts
01 February – 15 April 2025
The ICES Student Poster Competition is a program aimed at stimulating student participation and provides an excellent forum for students to present their work in an informal and interactive setting. Posters are ideal for presenting an introduction to early research, initial proof of concept studies, or late-breaking results. Posters are intended to provide students and ICES participants with the ability to connect with one another and discuss the work presented.
Congratulations to the first place winner from ICES 2024!

Winner Selection
Each poster will be judged based on technical rigor, poster format, and the student’s ability to convey the poster content to the judges through an oral presentation. University/college students are invited to submit abstracts on their proposed poster in accordance with the procedures described below. The student’s abstract and poster should be relevant to ICES; that is, they should follow the same theme of the general conference. Note that a poster submission may not duplicate a paper submission/podium presentation.
